Audit logs provide a complete record of all actions in Plinqx. Track tool executions, configuration changes, approvals, and more.

What’s Logged

Plinqx logs:
  • Tool Executions: Every tool call with parameters and results
  • Configuration Changes: Who created, updated, or deleted resources
  • Approval Decisions: Who approved or rejected requests
  • Authentication Events: API key usage, login attempts
  • Policy Evaluations: Policy decisions and rule matches
  • Principal Actions: All actions attributed to principals

Viewing Audit Logs

Navigate to Audit Logs

Click Audit Logs in the sidebar (under Governance).

View Activity

See a chronological list of all activities.

Filtering Logs

Filter audit logs by:
  • Date Range: Filter by time period
  • Principal: See actions by specific user or integration
  • Action Type: Filter by type of action
  • Resource: Filter by specific tool, collection, etc.
  • Status: Filter by success/failure

Log Details

Click on any log entry to see details:
  • Timestamp: When the action occurred
  • Principal: Who or what performed the action
  • Action: What action was taken
  • Resource: What resource was affected
  • Parameters: Input parameters (if applicable)
  • Result: Outcome of the action
  • Metadata: Additional context

Exporting Logs

Export audit logs for compliance:

Set your desired filters.

Export

Click Export to download logs as CSV or JSON.
Exported logs include all details and can be used for compliance reporting or analysis.

Log Retention

Audit logs are retained according to your plan:
  • Standard Plans: 30 days retention
  • Enterprise Plans: Custom retention periods available
Export important logs before they expire if you need long-term retention.
