Manage your team by inviting members, assigning roles, and controlling access to Plinqx features.

Team Roles

Plinqx supports four team roles:

The Owner role is automatically assigned to the user who created the tenant and cannot be changed.

Inviting Team Members

Navigate to Team

Click Team or SettingsTeam in the sidebar.

Invite Member

Click Invite Member.

Provide Details

Enter:
  • Email: Team member’s email address
  • Role: Admin, Member, or Viewer

Send Invitation

Click Send Invitation.

Invitation Process

Invitation Sent

Team member receives an email invitation.

Accept Invitation

Team member clicks the invitation link and signs up or logs in.

Access Granted

Team member gains access based on their assigned role.
Invitations expire after 7 days. Resend invitations if they expire.

Managing Members

Changing Roles

Open Member

Click on a team member in the member list.

Change Role

Select a new role from the dropdown.

Save

Click Save to update the role.
Changing a member’s role immediately updates their permissions. Use caution when downgrading roles.

Removing Members

Open Member

Click on a team member.

Remove

Click Remove from Team.

Confirm

Confirm the removal.
Removing a member immediately revokes their access. They will lose access to all Plinqx resources.

Transferring Ownership

To transfer tenant ownership:

Select New Owner

Choose a team member with Admin role.

Transfer

Click Transfer Ownership.

Confirm

Confirm the ownership transfer.
Ownership transfer is permanent and cannot be undone. The previous owner becomes an Admin.

Pending Invitations

View and manage pending invitations:
  • View Pending: See all sent invitations
  • Resend: Resend expired invitations
  • Cancel: Cancel pending invitations

Use Appropriate Roles

Assign roles based on actual responsibilities

Regular Audits

Regularly review team membership and roles

Remove Inactive

Remove team members who no longer need access

Document Access

Keep records of who has access and why
